How will I know my application has been received?
After you have submitted your application through the website, a screen will pop up saying that your application has been registered.

When will I find out if my application has been successful?
Candidates will be notified of the outcome of their application in the 2-week period after the closing date for applications.

Who should I address my application to?
Dear Sir/Madam is fine.

How many places are available?
A maximum of 4 graduates are recruited onto the scheme each year.  In addition, every year several other applicants are taken on by individual agencies.

Do I need to apply for a specific stream?
No.  If you have a preference please state it but at this stage we will consider you for all 4 streams.

If I gain a place on the scheme, where will I be based for work?
Our agencies are mainly based in London.

I’m a non-EU citizen without a work permit to work in the UK – will you accept my application?
We are unable to sponsor applications for work permits, so would require evidence of your right to work in the UK before being able to progress your application.

I have less than 340 UCAS points / I have a 2:2 or below degree.  Can I still apply?
Yes but please be aware that you will be applying alongside candidates who have reached the required entry criteria.

I’m taking a year out after I graduate from University.  Do you accept deferred entries?
No we do not accept deferred entries.

When are your Open Days/Selection Days?
Our Open and Selection days will take place throughout February and March.

I am unable to attend your Open/Selection Days – can I still apply?
Meeting candidates face-to-face is an important part of our selection process so we are unable to progress applications from people who cannot attend these dates.  Should you be abroad and be considering returning to the UK for our Open/Selection Days, please be aware that there is no guarantee of selection and we will not be able to cover your airfare.
