How It Works

Welcome to DAS Accelerate, one of the most prestigious marketing graduate programmes in the world.

Accelerate gives you the rare opportunity to gain experience across a variety of marketing communications disciplines within the Omnicom Group. .

We are looking for graduates with a passion for marketing who can join the Omnicom family and workwith some of the world’s largest brands. You will be pushed and challenged throughout the programme—not least because you will start in a new agency every few months. You will work on live client projects. In addition to developing your presentation, communication, and IT skills, we invest heavily in your personal development with a tailor-made training programme which runs alongside the agency placements

You don’t have to have studied marketing to get onto the Accelerate scheme, you just need a 2:1 degree or higher; we’re looking for enthusiasm and raw talent.

Unlike other graduate jobs you will experience a range of agency environments, with  placements in five different DAS agencies, along with a trip to the US!

There are only four places on offer, split between healthcare marketing, customer relationship management, corporate reputation management and brand management. Whatever your marketing interest, Accelerate offers opportunities that money can’t buy.
