Accelerate is a marketing graduate scheme unlike any other—our four successful candidates will have a fast-paced high-intensity introduction to the world of marketing with the opportunity to work within some of Omnicom’s award-winning agencies.

We work with thousands of international brands in a variety of fields and you will get the chance to help launch, develop and promote our clients and gain unique hands-on experience with expert teams.

This programme is not your average graduate job, as Accelerate will train you as you work to give you the skills and personal development necessary to get ahead in marketing.

You don’t need you to have studied marketing at university; all we require is a 2:1 degree or higher, in any field, and 340 UCAS points. We are looking for the enthusiasm and raw talent that will make you a part of the exceptional Omnicom family.
